SALLY LUNN BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve 1 package of yeast in 1 cup of warm milk. Cream together 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) and 1/2 cup sugar. Add 3 beaten eggs. Then yeast and milk. Add 4 cups of sifted flour with 1 teaspoon of salt. Beat well and let rise until double in bulk. Beat down and put in a tube pan, Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. When doubled, bake 30-45 minutes at 325 degrees.
