SALLY LUNN MUFFINS 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
3-4 c. flour

(Dough should be a little thicker than cake batter.)

Add butter, sugar and salt to milk. When lukewarm add yeast, beaten eggs and flour. Let rise until light. Fill buttered muffin tins 3/4 full and let rise again until pans are full. Bake about 10 minutes in 400 degree oven. Makes about 2 dozen.
