SALMON BALL 
1 (5 oz.) canned red salmon
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
4 drops liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients. Form in a ball then roll in pecans. Cover with tin foil, chill overnight in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
