1 lb. pkg. vermicelli 1 lb. hamburger 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1 jar spaghetti sauce, quart Pepperoni, approximately 1/2 lb. Parmesan cheese Cook vermicelli. Rinse in cold water. Butter 9 x 13 pan. Pour vermicelli in bottom. Mix milk and egg together. Pour over vermicelli and stir to coat. Brown hamburger. Drain. Put on top of vermicelli. Layer Mozzarella cheese next. Put about 3/4 jar spaghetti sauce next. Top with pepperoni slices and Parmesan. Bake 45 minutes or until cheese melts at 350 degrees. Serve with the extra warmed spaghetti sauce. Serves 6 to 8. (Forest) |
