RASPBERRY FUDGE SAUCE 
1 (4 oz.) sq. or bar semi-sweet chocolate (get the good stuff - Ghirardelli)
1/4 c. raspberry liquor or juice
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Combine over low heat until melted. Serve over ice cream or whatever. Garnish with whole raspberries.
