POTATO FLUFF 
7 to 10 lg. potatoes, peeled

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) tub sour cream with chives
Garlic salt

Mix well. Put in greased baking dish and top with pats of butter and paprika. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. (This can be refrigerated overnight and baked the next day.)
