FESTIVE SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped

Squeeze spinach until dry. In bowl stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with vegetables, crackers or for a festive look, carve out pumpernickel bread, reserve pieces to dip. Before serving, put dip inside bread with reserved pieces around the outside.
