SPINACH DIP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry 2/3 pkg. Knorr dried vegetable soup 1/3 - 1/2 c. sour cream 1/3 - 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 med. onion, chopped finely 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours. Serve with cocktail rye or favorite crackers. |
