TEXAS STEW 
1 lb. pkg. lean ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans kidney beans
1 can mexi corn
1 can pitted ripe olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef in a large pot (Dutch oven). Add other ingredients, bring to simmer and cook until onions are just tender.
