SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced onion

Mix everything together. Make into oval-shape patties. Salt and pepper, then brown. Take out and make gravy. Then place back in skillet and simmer for 10 minutes or longer. Can use brown gravy packets or make your own gravy.
