LEMON GELATIN CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 1/4 c. Wesson oil

Mix cake mix, eggs, 3/4 cup water, 3/4 cup Wesson oil and blend until just mixed smoothly. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Bake approximately 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons lemon juice in a small bowl and make a glaze. When cake is removed from oven, while still hot, spread sugar glaze over cake.
