CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 Jiffy Mix prepared and crumbled
2 pieces reg. white bread, crumbled
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cans chicken broth

Place pieces of corn bread and white bread into bowl. Saute chopped onion in butter and combine with bread pieces. Add eggs and chicken broth - mixture will be soupy.

Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
