STUFFED FRENCH TOAST | |
10 slices bread 2 pkgs. cream cheese, cubed 2 c. milk 1/3 c. maple syrup 12 eggs, beaten (half can use Egg Beaters) Place 1/2 of cubed bread in 9x13 inch dish. Place cubed cream cheese on bread. Put remaining bread over cheese cubes. Whisk together eggs and syrup. Pour over bread and cream cheese. Dust with cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. |
