PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. nuts

Bake in 9 x 5 inch bread pan at 350 degrees.
