CINNAMON APPLE CRISP 
6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, room temperature

Place apples in buttered baking dish. Pour water and lemon juice over apples. Put flour, sugar, and cinnamon into bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is coarse meal. Sprinkle flour mixture over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
