GOURMET OVEN POTATOES 
7 to 8 potatoes
1/2 stick butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped fresh onions
1 1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes with skins on. Cool, peel, and grate. Set aside. Melt butter in skillet. Add cheese and onions. Heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in potatoes. Place in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
