CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion and celery
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream chicken soup
1 soup can milk

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and celery; sauté until tender (5 to 8 minutes). Add the potatoes, water and salt. Cook until potatoes are tender; add chicken soup and milk. Bring to a boil and stir until broth is smooth. Ready to serve.
