TURKETTI 
1 1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 3 inch pieces
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. diced pimento
1/4 c. frozen green peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
Mushrooms as desired
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Cook spaghetti and drain. Mix remaining ingredients with cooked spaghetti (reserving 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese for topping). Pour into 9 x 9 inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with a mixture of remaining cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup bread crumbs and continue baking for 20 minute more. Freezes well unbaked. 6 to 8 servings.
