APPLE NOODLE KUGEL (PUDDING) 
1/2 bag (1/2 lb.) med. noodles
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
5 lg. apples, grated coarsely
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
pinch salt

Boil the noodles 7 minutes and drain.

Beat the eggs and add to the noodles. Combine sugar and cinnamon and reserve a few spoonfuls for the top.

Combine sugar/cinnamon mixture, salt, raisins, apples and oil. Blend well.

Pour mixture into 14x9-inch greased Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle reserved sugar and cinnamon on top.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. The top will be lightly browned.
