SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 tbsp. butter
5 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1-2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen shrimp
Hot cooked rice

1. Place butter, onions, green pepper, garlic in 2 quart glass casserole.

2. Microwave 3 minutes on high; stir in remaining ingredients (except rice), cover with glass lid.

3. Microwave 5 minutes on medium. Stir, re-cover and continue cooking 6 to 7 minutes on medium. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
