CHOCOLATE OATMEAL SCOTCHIES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. raw oatmeal, old fashioned
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. miniature chocolate chips

In small bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla extract; beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats and chips. Spread into 10x15x1 inch baking pan, greased. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Score into 2-inch squares while still warm.
