OATMEAL SCOTCHIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. quick oats
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Beat in dry ingredients except oats. Stir in oats and chips. Drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes.
