1 lb. ground beef, browned
Onions
Celery
Green pepper
Garlic
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce

Saute onions, celery and green pepper. Fry vermicelli in small amount bacon drippings. Add cumin and chili powder to taste. Fry meat, add vermicelli and rest of ingredients.
