PANCAKES 
2 c. self rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk, room temperature
2 tbsp. oil or butter
2 eggs, beaten

Measure flour into mixing bowl; add sugar and mix. Combine milk with beaten eggs and melt butter or oil. Make well in center of dry ingredients. Pour liquid ingredients in the center of well and stir until mixture is smooth with an egg beater. Fry on griddle at 425 degrees.
