OVEN RICE 
1 c. rice (raw)
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, chopped fine
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 can beef consomme or beef bouillon

Saute rice, butter, and onion brown. Rinse soup cans and bake covered at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
