STEAK AND KIDNEY PIE 
1 pkg. round steaks
1 kidney (beef)
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. sm. whole mushrooms
Garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
3 to 4 c. water

Cube round steak and kidney. Flour, salt, and pepper meat. Saute in oil until medium brown along with mushrooms, parsley, and garlic. Add water; simmer about 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.

Make your favorite pie crust and line a 12 x 18 inch dish. Fill with meat mixture. Insert small glass in center, such as a jigger. Bake at 400 degrees for 55 minutes until pie crust is done.
