HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
butter (optional)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2/3 c. vegetable water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots

Brown hamburger in butter. Cook vegetables for 5 minutes. Place all ingredients except potatoes into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole (I use 10 inch Corning square dish). Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. During last 30 minutes, place Tater Tots on top.
