HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1-2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows (do not add to batter)

Mix by hand and pour into an ungreased 9x13 inch lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out and spread 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows (cover top completely) and put back in oven for 1 minute. Take out and let cool.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
8 tbsp. milk or Pet cream
1 stick melted butter

Pour butter into bowl and mix with other ingredients. Spread over marshmallows. Cool and refrigerate. Cut. May be frozen.
