PEACH PIT JELLY 
Peach pits and peelings
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
5 c. sugar

Add enough water to cover the pits and peelings. Boil until red. Remove 3 cups of the juice (throw pits and peelings away), add the lemon juice, Sure-Jell and sugar. Bring to a full boil. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
