Cover peach pits about 1 inch over with water. Bring to boil and boil about 10 minutes or until color is nice and rosey. 4 c. juice 1 pkg. MCP pectin Juice of half lemon Stir constantly - bring to boil - have measured 2 cups of sugar. Add to first ingredients. Bring to boil stirring constantly and boil 2 minutes. Let stand to cool 5 minutes. Skim and pour into jars. |
