SUGAR AND SPICE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ginger

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until slightly brown on edges; cookies should be soft but not "gooey." Put non-cholesterol butter in them and 4 egg whites. No difference in taste and then have a non-cholesterol cookie.
