1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
3 strips bacon

Mix first 5 ingredients and put in loaf pan. Place strips of bacon on top. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Put in meat loaf and turn down to 375 degrees. Bake 1 hour.

DILL SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. dill weed

Mix, heat and serve with meat loaf.
