CHICKEN BREASTS IN WINE 
1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boned
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt
1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. sherry
1/8 lb. butter
Pepper

Cut chicken into small pieces. Combine salt, pepper and flour. Shake 4-5 pieces at a time in flour bag. Melt butter and add garlic. Brown floured chicken pieces. Remove chicken when browned and place in casserole.

Melt some more butter in pan and saute drained mushrooms. Add water and wine. Simmer for 2 minutes. Pour wine combination over chicken in casserole. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven, basting once. Bake for half the time covered and rest of the time uncovered.
