CHESTNUT BURRS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. catsup
Crushed corn flakes
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, cooked

Mix beef, salt, pepper and catsup. Shape into meatballs. Push thumb into meatball, making as large a pocket as possible. Fill with enough stuffing to fill pocket, then seal. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
