CASHEW FRENCH TOAST | |
1/2 c. raw cashews 2 1/4 c. water 3 tbsp. chopped dates 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 16 slices whole wheat bread Place all ingredients into a blender (except bread). Blend until smooth. Dip slices of bread into mixture coating both sides. Brown on a medium non-stick griddle. Serve plain with maple syrup or fresh fruit slices. |
