ORANGE YOGURT LOAF 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. butter, softened or 2/3 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice

GLAZE:

3-4 tsp. orange juice
1/2 c. sifted 10X sugar

Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs, yogurt, orange rind and juice and beat until smooth. By hand, blend in flour mixture and turn into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center springs both. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely. Glaze when bread is cooled.
