IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. small pieces of ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients, except cheese and ham in blender and mix. For a few seconds to blend well. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle cheese and ham over top and push gently below the surface with the back of a spoon. Pie pan will be full to the rim. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting. I sometimes substitute broccoli for the ham.
