PINWHEELS 
FILLING:

Ma ke this first. 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. nuts 1/4 c. water

Simmer until soft, then cool before making rolls.

ROLLS:

2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Flatten and roll half of dough at a time between two pieces of waxed paper. Put cooled mixture on dough rolled long ways. Cut into cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
