MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sifted cake flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. hot coffee
1 egg

Sift flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and soda in bowl. Add egg and buttermilk; blend. Then gently stir in hot coffee. Bake 350, 40 minutes, 9x13 pan.
