MORNING SHAKE | |
1 c. skim milk 1 c. sliced banana 3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate 1/2 c. pure vanilla extract In the container of electric blender, place milk, banana, orange juice and vanilla. Cover and whirl until smooth. Serve at once. For a calcium boost, serve with a slice of cheese. You can use plain yogurt in place of skim milk, if desired. When I use yogurt I use about 2 tablespoons honey also. |
