PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
3 cans pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers

Mix sugar and flour together. Place pineapple in casserole dish. Sprinkle sugar and flour over pineapple. Put cheese on mixture. Pour 1/3 cup pineapple juice over it. Make topping of crackers and butter. Put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
