BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1 c. sour milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. blueberries

I do not use this, I use cinnamon.

Cream shortening and sugar. Beat egg and add sugar. Add molasses, sour milk. Add blueberries last. Bake in 9"x13" pan in 375 degree oven approximately 3/4 hour.
