PIMENTO CHICKEN 
2-3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can French fried onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. pimentos, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and place in a 2 quart baking dish and top with cheddar cheese and French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
