3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream peanut butter, butter and honey. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add baking soda and flour; mix until smooth. Drop by teaspoonful onto oiled baking sheet. Criss-cross with fork to flatten. Bake in preheated oven of 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Makes 36 soft cookies.
