ROTEL CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken breasts (4 to 6)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 c. celery and onion (chopped)
Greek seasoning (to taste)

Mix all ingredients except chicken breasts. Put some of the mixture into a casserole, then lay chicken breasts, then cover chicken with remaining mixture. Sprinkle top with Greek seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
