SWISS CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (boned are best)
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 c. Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing Mix (use this kind only)

Grease casserole dish. Place chicken so it won't touch the sides of dish. Put sliced cheese on each piece of chicken. Mix water and soup until smooth and pour over chicken and cheese. Melt butter. Mix with the stuffing mix. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45- 55 minutes uncovered.
