MUSHROOM MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion
1/2 c. instant rice
1 sm. can mushrooms
Salt & pepper

Add 1/4 cup soup to ground beef, onion, and rice. Form into meatballs. Brown in oven or on top of stove. Add 1 cup water to rest of the can of soup. Place meatballs in baking dish, cover with soup and drained mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
