MUSHROOM MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 egg
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 cans milk

Mix all ingredients except soup and milk. Form meatballs and brown on high heat. Drain and place in casserole. Pour soup and milk over top and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. Freezes well.
