GREEN MAYONNAISE 
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped raw spinach
1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon or 1 heaping tsp. dried
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives or 1 heaping tsp. dried
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or 2 level tbsp. dried
2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Mix well and put in blender on low speed for very short time (just until ingredients are distributed. Otherwise mayonnaise may separate. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before using.

The proportion of herbs, greens, and mustard may be changed or you may increase all except mayonnaise, (I put in a little more spinach and mustard) depending on taste.
