KIELBASA IN A POCKET 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 to 1 1/2 kielbasa, cut in 1/4 inch slices
2 c. sauerkraut, drained
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. sour cream
4 lg. pita breads, cut in half
Lettuce

Melt butter. Saute onion and green pepper until tender. Mix in sausage slices and saute. Add sauerkraut and heat through. Combine mustard and sour cream and stir into hot mixture. Heat over low heat until hot but not boiling. Spoon into pitas; tuck in lettuce.
